We are delighted to welcome Barbara Hoop-Meier as a Partner to the RedLeafs Team.
Barbara studied at the Universities of Freiburg and St. Gallen (HSG) and is a certified tax expert in Switzerland. In 2024, she also successfully passed the Liechtenstein fiduciary examination.
Prior to joining Red Leafs Tax AG, Barbara spent over eight years working in tax advisory teams at Big 4 firms, with a focus on international tax planning and strategy for clients in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
Barbara advises multinational corporations, holding companies, and investment structures, particularly on cross-border restructurings and relocations.
Additional areas of expertise include the tax aspects of M&A projects as well as supporting corporate groups in the areas of tax provisions, tax compliance, and tax reporting.
