On 1 December, this year’s Christmas celebration took us to Davos – with a sporty stopover in Klosters. There, we were welcomed with a round of Bavarian curling under true winter conditions: heavy snowfall and a lane that had to be cleared of fresh snow between turns. With great commitment and team spirit, we embraced the challenge – and despite the weather, competitive energy was certainly not in short supply. The well-earned hot punch afterwards provided a welcome reward.
In the evening, we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Hotel Morosani Schweizerhof in Davos, using the opportunity to reflect on a successful year over engaging conversations. The evening ended on a relaxed note with a visit to a nearby bar, where we rounded off the day together in good spirits.
The next morning, Davos greeted us with a thick blanket of snow. The day began with a group effort to dig out our cars – a physically demanding but fitting start to the final chapter of our festive gathering. The wintry setting added the perfect touch to the atmosphere.
